well at an out door party, we tried it for sake of an experiment and the response was too good from the guests.

Ingredients

 Corns100 Gram
 Boiled potatoes150 Gram, mashed
 Cream style sweet corn100 Gram
 Processed cheese100 Gram
 Honey20 Milliliter
 Corn flour100 Gram
 Egg1
 Dried rose petals50 Gram
 Clarified butter - to cook
 Cardamom powder10 Gram
 Ginger
 Pistachio nuts50 Gram, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

mix all the ingredients thoroughly except clarified ghee and corn flour. keep in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
now make patties of the mixture and roll in corn flour to seal the patties.
on a flat non stick pan put clarified butter and allow it to melt and heated thoroughly.
griddle the patties and cook till golden brown on both the sides.
serve piping hot with alubukhara ki chatni
