a melt in mouth patty of corn with potatoes and cheese.

Ingredients

| Boiled potatoes | 150 Gram, mashed | |
| Cream style sweet corn | 100 Gram | |
| Processed cheese | 100 Gram | |
| Honey | 20 Milliliter | |
| Corn flour | 100 Gram | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Dried rose petals | 50 Gram | |
| Clarified butter - to cook | ||
| Cardamom powder | 10 Gram | |
| Ginger | ||
| Pistachio nuts | 50 Gram, chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
mix all the ingredients thoroughly except clarified ghee and corn flour. keep in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
now make patties of the mixture and roll in corn flour to seal the patties.
on a flat non stick pan put clarified butter and allow it to melt and heated thoroughly.
griddle the patties and cook till golden brown on both the sides.
serve piping hot with alubukhara ki chatni
