Bhindi in curd Recipe
Ingredients
| Ladyfingers | 250 Gram, cut into halves | |
| Chili | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida | 1 Pinch | |
| Ginger | 1 , chopped | |
| Grated coconut | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Thick curd | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Coriander leaves | 1 Bunch (100 gm) | |
| Oil/Ghee | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying) |

Directions
1 In a pan, heat the oil or ghee.
2 Add in the lady fingers and fry gently.
3 Stir in the rest of the ingredients except the curd.
4 In a bowl, beat the curd well.
5 Stir into the pan, stirring gently.
6 Season with salt.
7 Cook until it reaches the boiling point.
8 Simmer gently for a while.
SERVING
9 Serve hot with chapatis
