Ingredients

 Ladies fingers 450 gm.
 Red.chillies 5 gm.
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Turmeric1/2 Teaspoon (For 4)
 Cinnamon 1 small piece
 Salt To Taste (For 4)
 Batter
 Bengal gram flour 30 gm.
 Soda bicarbonate a pinch
 Oil to fry 30 ml. (absorption)

Directions

1. Wipe ladies fingers with a damp cloth and slit.
2. Grind together red chillies, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and salt.
3. Stuff ladies fingers with ground spices.
4. Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, water, salt and soda.
5. Heat oil.
6. Dip ladies fingers in batter and deep fry.
7. Remove and drain on paper.
