was experimenting one day and suddenly came up with this tasty dish. this is one of my hubby's favourite dish :)

Ingredients

 Okra500 Gram (Bhindi/Ladies Finger)
 Poppy seed paste50 Gram (Posto/Khuskhus Paste)
 Chilly powder1 Teaspoon
 Turmeric1⁄3 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Sugar1⁄3 Teaspoon
 Coriander powder2 Teaspoon (Dhania Powder)
 Onion3 , chopped
 Ginger garlic paste1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cumin powder1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

cut the ladies finger into small round shapes.also chop the onions and keep aside.make a paste of the poppy seeds with little salt and 2-3 green chillies. now heat oil in a wok and deep fry the ladies fingers and then the onions. then keep them aside. now add a bay leaf and slit a green chilly and put it in the oil. it splutters. now add the ginger garlic paste and cook for sometime till the aroma comes out.now add the poppy paste along with turmeric powder, chilly powder,salt, sugar ,coriander and cumin powder.cook all these till the oil separates.now add the fired onions and the ladies fingers and cook in very low flame.cook till the whole gravy thickens.at last add a bit of cream to give your curry that yummy taste and serve hot with rotis or rice.
