Directions
cut the ladies finger into small round shapes.also chop the onions and keep aside.make a paste of the poppy seeds with little salt and 2-3 green chillies. now heat oil in a wok and deep fry the ladies fingers and then the onions. then keep them aside. now add a bay leaf and slit a green chilly and put it in the oil. it splutters. now add the ginger garlic paste and cook for sometime till the aroma comes out.now add the poppy paste along with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, sugar ,coriander and cumin powder.cook all these till the oil separates.now add the fired onions and the ladies fingers and cook in very low flame.cook till the whole gravy thickens.at last add a bit of cream to give your curry that yummy taste and serve hot with rotis or rice.
