Ingredients

 
ladiesfinger-1/2kg(cut into 2"pieces-wash,wipe and keep aside)
 
onion-2 finely chopped
 
tomatoes-2finely chopped
 
turmeric powder-1tsp
 
redchilli pd-2tsp
 
coriander pd-2tsp
 
garammasala pd-1tsp
 
kichen king masala-1/2tsp
 
cumin pd-1tsp
 
oil-to deeo fry+3tbsp
 
fresh coriander leaves-2tbsp
 
salt to taste
 
sugar-1tsp
 
cumin seeds-1tsp

Directions

Deep pan heat oil fry okra,drain and keep aside.
Heat 3tbsp oil,add cumin seeds,onions fry golden brown.
Add tomatoes saute till they become soft.
Add all dry masala,okra mix well and fry in a slow flame (do not add water)
Add salt,sugar cook well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
