Bhel Puri Recipe

| Bombay bhel/Murmura /mamra | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Swad Brand) | |
| Flat puris | 8 Small (for bhel - available at most Indian grocery stores) | |
| Thin sev | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (crispy lentil noodles) | |
| Thick sev | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Roasted groundnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped onions | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Chopped tomato | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Boiled diced potatoes | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Date tamarind chutney | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro mint chutney | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon (for garnish) |

Directions
Crumble the flat puris with your hands into small pieces and add to the bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, diced potatoes, thin and thick sev, roasted peanuts.
Lastly add both the chutneys. Mix well.
Garnish with cilantro and sprinkle a little sev on top before serving
