Recipe Story

Bhature is very easy to prepare. Follow the instructions of this recipe video. Bhature goes well with chhoole. So you will always find chhole bhature together. This is a famous Punjabi Dish. I like a glass of sweet and chilled Dahi ki Lassi ( curd shake ) after having Chole bhature. Try this combination you will love it.

Serve it with chhole, pickle, curd, and chopped onion.

Editors Review

Bhature is one of my favorite Indian breads as it is so crispy yet so soft. This recipe shows how to make a perfectly puffed Bhature which is like the bun on a burger when it comes to having Chole, the famous Indian Chick pea curry.

Kal ho na ho is a wonderful movie! It touches your heart, and besides I adore Shahrukh Khan. Among my favourites was Swades: We, the People, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham... and too many to list. He acts in many films with a deep message. Can't wait for his latest Om Shanti Om to be released.

King khan is a great actor and considered to be the new version of tragedy king Dilip kumar. Here in India "Chak de India" is a big hit and has infused enthusiasm in Indian sporting world. Om Shanti Om is relaesing soon. Perhaps they have taken a word from ur ID "shantihhh". LOL One thing, ur spectrum of knowledge is very wide...

Thanks, this music is from a Bollywood movie "Kal ho na ho". I also love its lyrics and music. Brief meaning of first few lines are : Life is changing its shape every moment, Somewhere Life is under scorching sun light where in somewhere under shoothing shadow Live Life full of its each moment, you can never be sure what the life is bestowing today would prevail tomorrow or not.
