Directions

WASH OKRA AND REMOVE THE STEM PART. SLIT THE OKRAS LENGTH
WISE, BUT NOT COMPLETELY. CHOP CORIANDER AND CHILLIES. MIX WITH
THE MASALAS AND STUFF THE OKRA. HEAT OIL IN A PAN, ADD ONION TO
IT.SAUTE ONION AND ADD STUFFED OKRAS, COOK.SERVE HOT WHEN COOKED.

NOTE:
SELECT YOUNG AND TENDER OKRA.
SIZE SHOULD BE SAME
