Bharwan Shimla Mirch Recipe
Ingredients
Capsicums-4 medium
Ghee-1/2 cup
Onion-1 large, finely chopped
Turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
Minced mutton-1/2 pound
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Green ginger-1 teaspoon, grated
Tomatoes-4, sliced
Fresh lemon juice-1 teaspoon
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Chop off the top of each capsicum. Keep aside the tops.
2)Scoop out the inside and keep it aside for later use.
MAKING
3)In a wok, heat ghee and fry onion until golden.
4)Add the ingredients, one at a time along with the insides of capsicum.
4)Cook until the mixture is dry. Remove from heat.
5)Divide it into 4 portions and stuffed it into capsicums. Place the tops securing with cocktail sticks.
6)In a same pan, heat remaining ghee and add capsicums and cover the pan.
7)Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

8)Serve hot with garnishings of your choice such as tomato, cucumber or lemon slices.
