Ingredients

 
Ghee-1 tablespoon
 
Onion-1 tablespoon chopped
 
Mincemeat-3 tablespoons, boiled
 
Salt- to taste
 
Green chili-1, chopped
 
Coriander leaves -1 tablespoon, shredded
 
Green ginger -1/2 teaspoon, grated
 
Tomato ketchup -1 tablespoon
 
Large squeeze of fresh lemon
 
Eggs-4 large, hard cooked
 
Egg-1 large, uncooked
 
Corn starch -1 tablespoon
 
Breadcrumbs- to coat
 
Oil- for frying
 
Fried liver-12 pieces, to garnish

Directions

GETTING READY
1)Slice the boiled eggs half lengthwise and remove yolk. Keep yolk aside.

MAKING
2)In a pan, heat ghee and fry the onion until golden.
3)Then, add next seven ingredients and fry.
4)Add the yolks to the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
5)In a bowl, crack uncooked egg and add corn flour to make a batter.
6)In a plate, place the breadcrumbs.
7)Stuff the mixture into egg cavity and then place second half to cover it.
8)Dip it into egg batter and then into breadcrumbs.
9)In a deep pan, heat oil and deep fry eggs until golden brown.

SERVING
10)Garnish the eggs with fried liver and serve hot.
