Bharuchi Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 kg cooked kharu gosht | ||

| 2 cups coconut milk extracted from 1 coconut | ||
| Juice of 2-3 limes or 1 cup sour curds | ||
| Oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut | 1 , grated (Grind together:) | |
| Peanuts | 3 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:) | |
| Cashew nuts | 2 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:) | |
| Bengal Gram | 3 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:) | |
| 12 dry Kashmiri red chillies seeded | ||
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:) | |
| Poppy seeds | 1 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:) | |
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ground spices and saute well.
Add meat and coconut milk.
Mix well and simmer for ten minutes.
Add lime juice or beaten curds.
