Ingredients

 1 kg cooked kharu gosht
 Onions2 , sliced
 2 cups coconut milk extracted from 1 coconut
 Juice of 2-3 limes or 1 cup sour curds
 Oil3 Tablespoon

 Peanuts3 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:)
 Cashew nuts2 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:)
 Bengal Gram3 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:)
 12 dry Kashmiri red chillies seeded
 Sesame seeds1 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:)
 Poppy seeds1 Tablespoon, roasted (Grind together:)

Directions

Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till brown.
Add ground spices and saute well.
Add meat and coconut milk.
Mix well and simmer for ten minutes.
Add lime juice or beaten curds.
