Bhapa Sandesh Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yoghurt | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup nuts and raisins, minced | ||
| Rose water | ||
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla essence | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar if needed | ||
Directions
Blend paneer, condensed milk and yoghurt into a soft dough and add vanilla essence.
Check sugar.
Add nuts and raisins, leaving some for decoration.
Put the mixture in a suitable mould and top with remaining nuts and raisins.
Steam over boiling water till set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
The sandesh should shrink and leave the sides of the mould.
Cut and serve sprinkled with drops of rose water.
Check sugar.
