Bhakhari Recipe
Ingredients
| Wholewheat flour 450 gm. | ||
| Sour curds 115 gm. | ||
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Asafoetida a pinch | ||
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
| Fat | 50 Gram (For 4) | |
| Fat to fry 50 gm. | ||
Directions
1. Sieve flour, add salt, chilli powder, turmeric and asafoetida.
2. Rub in fat.
3. Add sour curds and mix well. Knead and leave for 1 hour.
4. Knead again. Divide into even sized balls. Roll out into rounds 13 cm. (about 5") in diameter.
5. Fry like parathas.
