Bhaajiyoon Ja Pakoda Recipe
Ingredients
500 ml oil for deep-frying
300 gm gram flour
A pinch of soda bicarbonate
50 gm potatoes
50 gm spinach
30 gm brinjal
30 gm cauliflower
50 gm onion
2.5 gm ginger
15 gm coriander leaves
Salt to taste
80 ml water
Directions
Chop all vegetables finely.
Mix the vegetables, gram flour, soda bicarbonate, salt, ginger, coriander and water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the bhajjiya till golden brown.
Drain excess oil and serve with mint chutney.
