Beurre Noir Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar
Piece of bay leaf
1/2 cup butter
1 tablespoon minced parsley
Directions
Boil vinegar with bay leaf until it is reduced one-half.
Cook butter until it is deep brown.
Remove bay leaf from vinegar and combine with butter.
Add parsley, and serve hot.
