 Angostura bitters3 Drop
 Sugar -1 teaspoon or sugar syrup
 Thin cream -1 part
 Creme de cacao -1 part
 Brandy -2 parts
 Fresh lemon rind -1 slice

Directions

MAKING
1) In a cocktail shaker, add the ice cubes.
2) Add into the shaker the bitters, the sugar, cream, creme de cacao, and brandy.
3) Shake well till a frost appears.
4) Strain and pour out the iced drink into a sour glass

SERVING
5) Over the drink, twist the lemon rind and drop it in.
