1. In a bowl, soak mushroom, pineapple, and red pepper in marinade. Place it in refrigerator.
2. Place a deep skillet on flame, and drop marinated vegetables and fruits in it. Stir and fry for 5 minutes or until to desire doneness.
3. Remove vegetables and fruits from skillet and transfer it to a serving platter.
4. Serve sauteed vegetables with chicken kebab and white rice.
You can use any vegetable or fruits leftover from making chicken kebabs.
