| Hot water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Corn starch | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Mixed In 1.5 Tablespoon Water) | |

| Celery stalks | 1 , finely sliced | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Ground cumin | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon | 1⁄2 , juiced | |
| Creme fraiche | 1 Tablespoon (For Topping) |

Directions
Place in blender and blend on high 1 minute. Add cumin and salt and blend 10 seconds, return to pan with remaining can of beans. Add lemon juice and simmer 10 minutes, add hot peppers if you like. Serve in a bowl with creme fraiche on top.
