Ingredients

 
1 x white onion (sliced)
 
2 x tbs Gourmet Garden Garlic (squeeze tube in produce section)
 
5 x bratwurst (Johnsonville Original or other)
 
2 x 12 oz. bottles beer (Bud or other pale)
 
Hot Dog Buns
 
Guacamole:
 
2 avocados
 
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic (produce section of your supermarket)
 
2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Cilantro
 
2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper
 
2 tbsp of lemon juice

Directions

Step 1
Add onion, Gourmet Garden Garlic and bratwurst to a large sauce pan and cover with beer. Cover and cook on a medium-high heat for 20 minutes.

Step 2
Prepare Guacamole (see below)

Step 3
Remove bratwurst from pan and grill on a high heat until lightly browned. Serve bratwurst on fresh hot dog buns, with mustard. Serve hot dogs and guacamole with crackers or corn chips.

GUACAMOLE:

Step 1
Mash avocados with a fork.
Step 2
Add Gourmet Garden Garlic, Cilantro and 1 or more teaspoons Gourmet Garden Chili Pepper.
Step 3
Add lemon juice and stir.
Step 4
Serve with Brats!
