Ingredients

 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Dry white wine1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Red-wine vinegar- 1/2 cup
 Salt2 Teaspoon (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Dried basil leaves1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Parsley1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped (Salad oil- 1 cup)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped (Salad oil- 1 cup)

Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients. Blend well using a rotary beater.
2. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, pour the prepared dressing and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

SERVING
3.Just before serving, shake well and drizzle on garden fresh greens or serve with a salad of your choice.

TIPS
Always shake the prepared dressing just before use, reason being that all the heavy ingredients tend to settle to the bottom of the jar.
