Best Ever Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Frying chicken | 1 , cut up (2 1/2 To 3 Pounds) | |
| Crisco | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the Crisco to 360° or till the skillet is in a medium-high heat of range
MAKING
2. In a paper bag or a plastic bag, tip in the flour, salt and the pepper and mix well. Add the chicken, a few pieces at a time to the bag and then mix well. Shake the bag to coat the chicken pieces
3. Fry chicken for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered, at high heat, and turn the chicken two or three times to ensure even browning.
SERVING
4. Serve hot
