Directions

Mix lemon juice, vinegar, onion, and garlic in small bowl.
Set aside while preparing other ingredients.
In 4-cup glass measure boil sugar, syrup, and water on HI (max. power) 8 to 10 minutes, or until a soft ball forms when dropped in cold water.
Cool syrup.
Strain lemon-vinegar mixture and add to syrup.
Discard garlic and onion.
Add all other ingredients and beat with an egg beater or electric mixer until blended and thick.
Refrigerate.
Besides serving on green salad, use as a sauce for your favorite combination of raw or blanched vegetables.
