 Unsweetened chocolate square4
 Cooking oil2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs4 standard
 Sugar2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla2 Teaspoon
 All purpose flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Baking powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Nuts1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Icing sugar

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch oblong pan.
Combine chocolate and oil in small saucepan.
Heat over low heat until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and cool.
Beat eggs thoroughly.
Beat in sugar and vanilla.
Add chocolate mixture and blend well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into mixture and blend well.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon into prepared pan and bake about 30 minutes or until sides test done but centre is still a little soft.
Cool in pan.
Sift icing sugar over top and cut in squares or bars to serve.
