Ingredients

 
2-pound salmon fillet
 
Salt and pepper
 
Juice of 1/2 lemon
 
1 cup (1/2 pt.) sour cream
 
1 teaspoon grated onion

Directions

Place salmon in a shallow baking pan.
Season well with salt and pepper; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix the sour cream and onion, and spread over fish.
Bake uncovered in a 375° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the fish flakes without being translucent in the center and the sauce in the pan has become rich and slightly brown.
