Best Authentic Guacamole Recipe Video

When BBQ season starts don’t go buying that nasty looking long life guacamole from the supermarket. The real stuff can be made in 2 minutes flat and it tastes and looks so much better. You can also use it in my awesome Huevos Rancheros recipe.

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop the onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
2. Cut the avocado into two. Remove the seed and scoop out the center close to the skin to get the vibrant green colour.
3. Transfer it into a bowl.

MAKING
4. Add the onions, tomatoes, Tabasco sauce to taste and lemon juice. Mash it well with the back of a fork to get the chunky consistency.
5. Add coriander leaves, salt and pepper to it. Mix it well.

SERVING
