The ladus look lovely sonal. Have to try the microwave technique. I generally roast the besan in a pan. This would be faster i guess.

Besan ladoo is my all-time favorite. I tried it yesterday and tasted awesome, although mine didn't look as smooth as the ones in the image. Is it coz i missed out something or i cut down on the quantity of sugar or ghee? Would be great if you could please let me know!

Its interesting to note that you microwave the besan flour. I usually dry roast it in a wok and that gives a very good flavor. The next time around, I shall try the microwave method and see how it turns out. The picture looks very good.
