Ingredients

 2 cups readymade saltless sev
 Sugar3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 tbsp sliced nuts and raisins
 Cardamom powder1 Teaspoon
 Khoya1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rose essence1 Teaspoon
 Saffron1 Teaspoon

Directions

Add 1/2 cup water to sugar and cook till the syrup is of a two thread consistency.
Add khoya and blend.
Remove from fire.
Add broken sev, nuts, raisins, cardamom powder and essence.
Pour onto a greased plate and cool.
Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.
