Besan Ka Halwa Recipe Video

Ingredients
3/4 cup of oil
1 cup besan/ gram flour
1 cup suji/ semolina
1 cup full cream milk powder
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Few threads of zafran/ saffron
1/2 tsp elaichi powder/ cardamom powder
Directions
Mix sugar and water, saffron and cardamom.
Roast besan in oil until slightly brown. Add semolina and mix it together.
Keep stirring until semolina is light brown.
Add milk powder and mix again.
Add sugar syrup and mix well. Roast the mixture.
Grease a dish to set the halwa. Spread the halwa and let it cool.
Keep it refrigerator.
Garnish it with silver leaves. Cut the halwa in diamond shape.
