Directions

In a large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in the berries.
In another bowl, whisk together egg, oil, apple sauce, honey, milk/yogurt and vanilla. Blend well using a wire whisk or a hand beater.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended and lumpy.
Spoon batter into prepared muffin tin, filling cups three-quarters full.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

obviously the directions on making these muffins are for another recipe as the ingredients listed in the directions are completely different from the ingredients in the ingredient list.

Hi Gretki, Yes you are right, the person who shared the recipe must have added the ingredients from one and directions from another. However the directions to make muffins remains the same irrespective of the ingredients. 1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. 2. Blend wet ingredients in a measuring cup. 3. Pour the wet into the dry ingredients and stir quickly and gently and just enough to wet the dry ingredients. If you over stir the muffins turn of dense and heavy. 4. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degree F.
