Ingredients
Cranberry Filling
2 eggs
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 cups Diamond Walnuts
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Sweetened whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
Prepare Cranberry Filling and cool.
In medium bowl, beat eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and orange peel.
Mix in walnuts.
Spread Cranberry Filling evenly in pie shell.
Top with walnut mixture.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 45 minutes or until filling is set and crust is browned.
Cool on wire rack.
Serve at room temperature.
