Berry Peach Marble Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package strawberry- flavored gelatin | ||
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Can | 1 16 Ounce | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 2-ounce package dessert topping mix | ||
| 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese, softened | ||
Directions
Dissolve strawberry-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; stir in 1 cup cold water.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in berries.
Meanwhile, drain peaches, reserving syrup.
Dice peaches.
Add enough water to peach syrup to make 1 cup.
In saucepan, soften unflavored gelatin in syrup mixture; heat and stir till gelatin is dissolved.
Stir in lemon juice.
Cool.
Prepare dessert topping mix following package directions; beat in cream cheese.
Fold in peach-gelatin mixture and diced peaches.
Chill till partially set.
Layer strawberry and cheese gelatin mixtures in 7 1/2-cup mold.
Swirl knife through gently to marble.
Chill till firm.
Chill till partially set.
