Berry Mold Recipe
|Canned crushed pineapple in syrup||13 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Juice Reserved)|
|Blueberries in water||16 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Juice Reserved)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raspberry flavored gelatin||12 Ounce (1 Package, Red Raspberry)|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|

Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved.
Set aside to cool.
In a separate bowl, stir together pineapple, blueberries, and sour cream until sour cream is blended.
Add fruit mixture to cooled gelatin; stir thoroughly.
Pour into a lightly greased ring mold or heart mold.
Chill until set, about 4 hours.
Unmold; garnish with fresh strawberries.
