Berry Jam Or Jelly Recipe
Ingredients

4 cups fresh berries
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 cups honey
Directions
Place berries and water into an 8-quart pot, and bring to a boil, stirring often.
Stir in honey.
Boil until jam mounds up in a spoon.
Spoon hot jam into hot sterilized jars to within 1/8 inch of the top, seal, and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
