Berry Fruit Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Strawberries | 3 Cup (16 tbs), quartered | |
| Blueberries | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raspberries | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup sugar, preferably superfine | ||
| Lemon zest | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
In a large glass bowl, toss together the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries with the sugar and lemon zest.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight before serving.
