Berry Breakfast Shake Recipe
Ingredients
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana - 1, frozen (OR Fresh banana -and 1/2 cup ice) | ||
| Frozen raspberries or Other frozen berries - 1/4 cup | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a blender, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Process till the mixture is smooth.
SERVING
3) Pour into a mug or large glass and serve immedaitely. Can be garnished with berry slices.
TIP
Bananas will be easier to use if freezed without peels.
