Berry Apricot Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricot | 1 8 3/4 Ounce, unpeeled | |
| 2 3-ounce packages or 1 6-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin | ||
| Apricot | 1 12 Ounce, chilled | |
| Strawberries | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Grated lemon peel | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Drain and chop apricots reserving the syrup.
MAKING
2) Add water to syrup to make 2 cups.
3) In a saucepan, pour syrup and let it boil.
4) Dissolve in gelatin, remove from heat, and stir in apricot nectar.
5) Chill the mixture till partially set and then fold in strawberries and chopped apricots.
6) Take ring mold, pour the mixture, and chill till firm.
SERVING
7) On serving plate, unmold, stir sour cream, mayonnaise, grated lemon peel, and serve with salad.
