Ingredients

 Apricot1 8 3/4 Ounce, unpeeled
 2 3-ounce packages or 1 6-ounce package lemon-flavored gelatin
 Apricot1 12 Ounce, chilled
 Strawberries1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Dairy sour cream1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Grated lemon peel

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Drain and chop apricots reserving the syrup.

MAKING
2) Add water to syrup to make 2 cups.
3) In a saucepan, pour syrup and let it boil.
4) Dissolve in gelatin, remove from heat, and stir in apricot nectar.
5) Chill the mixture till partially set and then fold in strawberries and chopped apricots.
6) Take ring mold, pour the mixture, and chill till firm.

SERVING
7) On serving plate, unmold, stir sour cream, mayonnaise, grated lemon peel, and serve with salad.
