Berries With Lemon Custard Recipe
Ingredients
3 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered lengthwise
2 env. aspartame low-calorie sweetener
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 recipe Lemon Custard
Directions
Mix strawberries, aspartame sweetener, and lemon peel in a bowl.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Spoon 1/4 cup (60 mL) of the "Lemon Custard" into the middle of a dessert plate.
Drain berries and spoon over custard.
Top with remaining custard.
