Berries And Broiled Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup (250 ml) strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream, whipped.
1/2 cup (125 ml) brown sugar
1/2 cup (125 ml) hot rum
Directions
Divide fruit among 4 individual baking dishes.
Top fruit with whipped cream and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Broil for 1 minute in oven.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with rum and flambe.
