Bermuda Onion Rings Recipe
Bermuda onion rings is a herbed onions recipe. Cooked in a skillet, the bermuda onion rings is prepared with yogurt. Creamy and delicious, its is spiced with a little paprika.
Ingredients
| 2 teaspoons unsalted margarine | ||
| 1 large Bermuda onion, sliced 1 inch thick | ||
| Flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Low fat plain yogurt | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dill | 2 Teaspoon, snipped | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a 12 inch nonstick skillet, melt the margarine over low heat; add the onion and cook, covered, until soft and transparent about 25 minutes.
Uncover, stir in the flour, and cook for 1 minute.
Add the yogurt, dill, and paprika, and cook 1 minute longer or until just heated through.
Be careful not to let the sauce boil or it will curdle.
