Bengal Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. crab legs
1 lb. shrimp, cooked
3/4 c. chopped green onions
4 c. celery, cut diagonally
2 cans water chestnuts
3 cans pineapple chunks or fresh pineapple
4 oz. pine nuts or sliced almonds
Directions
Rinse fish well and dry.
Pour juice of 1 lemon over shrimp and let soak.
