 Diced canadian style bacon/Ham5 Ounce (1 Cup)
 Chopped green pepper1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Sliced ripe olives1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped pimiento2 Tablespoon
 Shredded cheddar cheese4 Ounce (1 Cup)
 9 1/2 inch quiche pastry1 , microwaved
 Eggs3 , beaten
 Half and half1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Hollandaise sauce1 Tablespoon


1) Take a casserole sized 1 quart and place the pimento, olives, green pepper and Canadian bacon in it.
2) Cover the casserole with heavy duty plastic wrap.
3) Set Microwave to HIGH after placing the casserole in it.
4) Microwave for 2-4 minutes until the green pepper turns tender and crisp.
5) Drain it by placing on paper towels.
6) Sprinkle the cheese the pastry shell that had been microwaved.
7) Add the Canadian bacon mixture on top.
8) Take a medium bowl and mix the eggs, half-and-half together with salt and pepper thoroughly.
9) Add it to quiche shells.
10) Set Microwave to MEDIUM HIGH and microwave for 12 minutes.
11) Do a half turn and microwave again on MEDIUM HIGH for 7-12 minutes or until the knife inserted a little away from center comes out dry.
12) Allow to stand for 10 minutes.

13) Add hollandaise sauce to plate and serve.
