Benami Kheer Recipe
The Benami Kheer is a popular and amazingly satisfying dessert. This dessert is an absolute treat for your taste buds. I am sure you will love the Benami Kheer.
Ingredients
| Garlic | 100 Gram, peeled | |
| Milk | 700 Milliliter | |
| Cardamom | 20 , powdered | |
| Sugar | 50 Gram | |
| Semolina | 20 Gram | |
| Saffron | 1 Pinch | |
| 5 g pistachios, cut into slivers | ||
Directions
In a pan, boil the garlic flakes in water to remove the strong aroma and flavour.
Drain the water and keep the garlic flakes aside.
In a separate pan, bring the milk to a boil.
Chop the garlic flakes roughly and add them along with the cardamom powder to the milk.
Stir continuously, until the milk starts thickening.
Add the sugar and stir till completely dissolved.
Add the rawa and cook for.
10 minutes.
Dissolve a pinch of saffron in a spoon of milk and add it to the kheer.
Pour the kheer into a bowl and garnish with slivers of pistachios.
Serve chilled.
