Beef in Belgian Beer Sauce Recipe Video

| Ground peppercorns | 30 Milliliter | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Mushroom | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 15 Milliliter | |
| Minced garlic | 3 Clove (15 gm) | |
| Beer | 330 Milliliter | |
| Beef broth | 250 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 15 Milliliter | |
| Bay leaves | 2 Small | |
| Sprig thyme | 1 | |
| Diced tomato | 1 Large | |
| Shredded carrot | 60 Milliliter | |
| Bread slice | 1 (With Dijo Mustard) | |
| Dijon mustard | 1 Teaspoon (For the bread slice) |
Directions
Heat a skillet with bacon fat add beef and brown and crispen them. Add peppercorns and more beef pieces. Shift the beef to a large container. In the same skillet saute onion and mushroom and then add them to beef. In the same skillet, add butter and brown garlic, now add Belgian beer and boil. Add the garlic to beef. Add beef broth to the beef, lime or lemon juice, vinegar, bay leaves, thyme sprig, carrot and potatoes, bread slice with dijon mustard. All dissolve and thicken the sauce. Simmer the mixture uncovered for 3 hours. Remove thyme and bay leaves and serve.
