Beets With Sour Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Beets | 2 Bunch (100gm) | |
| Boiling salted water | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Horse radish | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
Wash the beets and leave an inch of the stems attached.
Cook the beets in boiling salted water to cover until tender.
Cool, peel and slice.
Arrange the slices in a bowl and top with the chopped onion.
Blend the remaining ingredients and spread this mixture over the beets and chopped onion.
