Beets With Orange Sauce Recipe

| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |

| 3 cups beets, cooked or canned, sliced, drained | ||
Directions
Mix sugar, salt, and cornstarch well.
Stir in orange juice.
Cook until thickened; stir constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and butter.
Pour sauce over beets; stir carefully.
