 Beets1 Can (10oz), sliced
 1/2 cup reserved beet juice
 Cornstarch4 Teaspoon
 Corn syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Lemon peel1 Teaspoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Raisins1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Take canned beet; keep the juice aside.
2.Preheat the oven to 175 C.

MAKING
3.Take a saucepan, put beet juice in it with cornstarch and mix well until it dilutes completely.
4.Put corn syrup, lemon juice, vinegar, lemon peel and onions to it and heat on medium flame until thick.
5.Put raisins and beets and stir.
Take a casserole dish, transfer the mixture to it and bake for 25 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve in a dish.
