Beets With Orange Recipe

1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons water
Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
3 1/2 cups cooked or canned small beets, drained
3 tablespoons butter
Directions
1. In a saucepan mix the sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar and water and bring to a boil. Stir until clear.
