 Green tomatoes3
 Beets3
 Red wine2 Tablespoon
 2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), chopped
 Onion3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Olive oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Savory1 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cut each tomato into 8 wedges.
Slice wedges in half.
Cut beets into 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thick slices.
Cut each slice into half moons.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Add vegetables.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 days.
