 2 beets, cooked al dente
 Red cabbage1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Red wine2 Tablespoon
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Garlic1/2 Clove (5gm), finley sliced
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  Cut beets into small sticks.
–  In a bowl, combine red cabbage and wine. Season with salt and pepper.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute garlic, then add beets and cabbage.
–  Stir mixture. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
