Beets and Beats Recipe Video
Anyway, now that I can show you how easy it is to cook beets, I guess I have to convince you to actually EAT THEM. Beets are actually getting a lil€™ out of season, which means that you can get €˜em cheap (but still tasty). As I said in the video, they have the sweetness of fresh corn on the cob. It really is delicious. They pair soooooo damn well with walnuts and goat cheese, it€™s UNBELIEVABLE! Wait wait€¦
